Good news for you tall riders. Dennis Kirk sells hiway bars for the savage. They bolt on with a simple U bolt,I used a muffler clamp with a longer U bolt and a couple of larger rod couplings as spacers. It gave me two more inches of leg room and added to the rigidity of unit. I'm six feet tall and it made a big difference
on how long I can ride.No more leg cramps and better riding position,Hell it's cheaper than buying a bigger bike!
